Worldwide, more and more people are choosing adoption over purchasing a bred-for-profit pet.
All 4 Animals rescue prides itself on loving care of our animals, as well as our commitment to finding good homes for our furry friends.
The Steps to Adopt are:
- View Adoptable pets. Also check out our Facebook page for animals that will be available soon
- Fill out an application and state your desired pet or dog/cat. Applications can be paper or electronic.
- You should hear in 2-3 days if you are approved
- When approved, you will be contacted to meet/greet your new friend
- A deposit may be required (50%) of a kitten/puppy that is not ready yet or an an adult that you can not immediately take home
- On your pet's "gotcha" day, you will be given a folder of the medical records we have, and a small amount of current food to mix with new food.
An application does NOT commit you in any way, but a pre-approved application makes sure you are inline for your favorite and shortens the time before you and your new bestie can be together.
Additional notes: It usually takes our volunteers about 48 hours to process the application, and sometimes a home visit is required. We are looking for a loving home, as well as your ability to financially and physically care for a pet. Prices vary, but typically cats cost $25-100 excluding exotics, and dogs cost $150-350. That includes, if applicable, vaccines, dewormer, microchip, spay/neuter, heart-worm test (dogs), feline luk/fiv test (cats). NOTE: Please be patient with us once you've sent this preliminary application. We may get several applications and it may take a few days before we are able to review it. We will keep your application in the order it is received and if you are selected or the next applicant on the list; we will contact you.
